Sound notification

I have a suggestion about the messages/order updates. There should be a sound when these are recieved, since, many times the buyer goes offline by the time I reply, and I realize I was in the room when I received the message.

Is must be some option we are missing which may generate sound on every update, notification or inbox message. Seniors please guide if there is any

i wanna active notifications with sounds because sometimes i dismiss the messages and order the reason is get message late… So Please guide me what i do? any method?
