Fiver Payments

The last time I used Fiverr I had to pay in $5 increments. Has Fiverr since implemented a program where I can specify the total amount I need to pay (say $500) and just let me pay in one payment the total amount? No one is going to do a worth while project for just $5 and I hope Fiverr realizes this and allows me to pay in one bulk payment.

As a seller, I can send a buyer a custom quote now. This does make larger projects easier.
