Wrong click and I have ordered gigs

peaple i have problem,I watched one proffile here on fiverr,i mean i tryed to explain to my buyer how to order gig’becouse he is new to fiverr and he dont know how to order,and i Clicked wrong button,and now i have Ordered gig ,how can i cancel this,becouse this is 5$,and i dont have much money here -,-

You can ask for a mutual cancellation, but I really wish that there was a better way around this sort of thing. I ordered one by accident too when I was new by trying to see more about a gig. I thought for sure there would be additional steps after clicking the order button - at least a confirmation or something.



If I understand right, the seller mutual cancellation rate doesn’t have nearly as much weight as non-mutual cancellations but technically they can still cause a seller to lose extras and such.
