Issue with Payment Method Verification on Fiverr

 I have been using my payment method regularly since I started freelancing on Fiverr. However, this time, when I attempted to withdraw funds, the platform prompted me to add my payment method again. While attempting to do so, the verification code was not received, despite my phone, SIM, and connection being in proper working order. please help me regarding this issue.
