Hello everyone, and thanks to anyone who wants to share their experience.

The issue is this: it has happened to me several times, 3 or 4, I don't remember exactly, where the written feedback from the client didn’t match the star rating they left. Even though the client wrote wonderful things about me, especially since there were no communication or other issues during the work, they still left 3 stars, which harmed me.

Now I’m not sure if it’s a system bug, if they’re accidentally hitting the wrong icons, or if they’re being dishonest. Once, I managed to get the star rating changed by having the client contact CS because they made a mistake, but I can't do that all the time.

Now I'm terrified that this will happen more often, and I get anxious when the rating comes in, even if I’ve done a great job, according to them, only to end up not being able to do anything about it unless I bother the client to write to CS.

Something is wrong. This has been happening since they changed the rating system. Has anyone experienced something like this?
