Getting Orders but they want my email first

I am new here so I already find it weird if I get an order right away, but they keep asking for my email. That is not ok, right?

Yups, those are typical scammers targeting new sellers. 

Never ever share your email id with anyone, it will get your account flagged for TOS violation.

sharing mail address is an alternative to contact a seller outside the marketplace

Yes, just got sort of the same messange. Do not fall for this scam. I got suspicious and looked on forum, which was lucky.

I hate that I have to deal with this as a new seller.

I personally have been active for just a few days and have already received various messages from obvious scams.

Some of them asked for my personal email to continue, others provided their so-called Telegram account for a "big job," haha, and in other cases, as soon as the message arrives, the platform automatically blocks them.

For those who are just starting out and are "excited" about their first orders, these scams can definitely be effective. In case of any doubts, always contact support or the community for assistance.
