Your words are cut off, and your bright colors hurt my eyes! 

Refrain from claiming your English is fluent when it is not. Buyers do not respect untruthful people. If you are willing not to be truthful about your English speaking ability, what else will you not be honest about? Because of that, buyers will avoid you.

Last 3 Month I'll try to add my fiverr account profile description but it's not working. I'll try different different description but it's not working. Please Advise me how can i add.

Do you mean that you can't modify the description? 
Contact support@fiverr.com, it could be a technical issue.
You might want to change your English level.

As I already told to another seller today: I do not offer help to sellers who hide the truth on their profiles.

Yes I know this need to edit my description please check my Screenshot, here can't see any description. If you have a idea how solved this issue then please help me! Thank you
