On top of that, the buyer replies only once per day with vague responses, dragging the dispute longer and wasting my time. If they had real concerns, they would engage in proper discussion instead of responding once a day with no real resolution.
The "#*****#" platform is live on their server. If the work was incomplete or not as expected, why did the buyer approve every step, accept the delivery, and continue discussing additional work with me? Their actions raise serious concerns about how some buyers misuse Fiverr’s system to delay payments and potentially get free work.
This situation highlights a major issue where some buyers accept deliveries, use the work, and later file disputes to avoid payment. They engage in post-delivery discussions, proving their satisfaction, yet still claim dissatisfaction to create unnecessary disputes. This is unfair to sellers who put in months of work only to face payment holds after fulfilling all requirements.
I have already provided Fiverr with a full case file, including screenshots of the buyer approving each step, requesting revisions beyond the original agreement, and proof that the platform is running on their server. Given all the evidence, I respectfully ask Fiverr to review the case fairly and allow my withdrawal. I spent two months working sleepless nights on this project, and that time is gone forever.

If the order is still in dispute, support will likely ask you to contact the buyer to resolve the matter. If Fiverr cancels the order and refunds the buyer, you can respond to the same support ticket, and they will review the case. If verified, you will receive a refund.
I would say stick with a ticket if the buyer is not responding, maybe support can help out with this otherwise, mostly, they ask to reach out buyer.
