Not getting orders and new buyer message

Hi friends

I am not getting orders even new buyer messages over 10 months .I open my account since January 2017 .In the the past years i got good orders and it was very good .I faced this problem after starting gig promotion on fiverr .After promoting my 2 gigs i faced the problem .No friends please help me how can i get rid of this problem.
