Hi everyone, so what to do if clients ask simple to send the files in direct message. And not to send on delivery page.

I assume there's an open order right? Or not?

Assuming you already have an order with the person, obviously if this is the final delivery, you should send it on the order page. Don't send an incomplete delivery, as that is against the rules. If it's just a work in progress thing and the buyer wants to see some progress, it seems fine. However, if he wants the complete work in his inbox, that seems quite problematic.
