My Account does not showing online

I am still active on Fiverr but my gig  does not show online when I filter "online Now"

How can I solve this problem?

May be you are offline from Apps. Please make it online from setting option. Thank you!

Did you get online on your PC or Phone? If you're using Fiverr App then go to it's setting and turn on the "Show Online" option. Hope this helps you. If you're using PC then use Incogonito tab and find your gig with filter. You'll definately get your gig online 🙂

If you are using fiverr with apps then go to preference and turn on online status then you will see active otherwise no matter how much fiverr you are in apps you will not see active you have to turn on online status then you will see active.

no You are online But your status is not shown go to mobile app and turn onstatus

Recently I face this problem.so that I message on fiver support then they give me some idea. 

It is important to keep in mind that when you log onto Fiverr, the system will detect that you are online. However, it may take up to 30 minutes for this status to appear to other users who view your public profile. Your online status will be displayed when you are actively using the Fiverr site.
 
If you stop working on the platform, the indicator will turn off as you must be actively using Fiverr for the online status to appear. Simply keeping a page open will not register your account as being online.
 
If you would like to remain online more frequently, we suggest downloading the Fiverr App on your mobile device. This will allow you to stay online for longer periods and have all your orders available on the go.
