About Success Score

Nowadays clients are too busy to leave a review after completing a job even though successfully. Will it make an impact on my success score? I think so. Any Fiverr Staff can confirm that?

The fact itself that someone didn't leave a review doesn't affect the score. He may have left a private review though. You can politely ask for a review, not specifically a positive review.
