Paypal Withdrawal being refused

As I click the withdrawal option a message pops that Your funds should arrive within 1 business day. but few seconds later down the earnings screen it shows as withdrawal failed, refused by the service provider. Please someone help me with this issue

Go to customer support. But it seems that PayPal or whatever company you use to withdraw might not accept your payment. Customer support should help you with this.

Im having that problem with paypal it says : Refused by service provider, i already contacted paypal and they said its a problem with the way fiver is sending their payment. I made i ticked 2 days ago and still no response from fiver so what should i do now.
