Fiverr Big Bug Issue..Helpp!!

Hey there everyone. I need your help. Remember how you need to give an english test before publishing gig. The other day i made an account and when i took the test. An error showed up that you cannot give this test. I went back and clicked again. This time it allowed me to give the test. Scored 7.0 in the test and the moment i completed the test and clicked complete. The following showed up which i have attached in the image. What is this? 

This is the third time some kind of issue is happening to me. Why??

So, the test is designed in a way that you can't minimize the browser or switch between tabs. You might’ve done something suspicious that triggered this error.
