Before I signed up, I have listened to a few friends who shared their various experience on platform. Most importantly the issue with account disable and co. How can I manage my account up to expectations?

Maybe your friend had a bad experience it doesn't mean you're gonna have a bad one.

 

And accounts only get banned if you do not adhere with Fiverr TOS.

Read fiverr seller's guideline before publish your gig. You will know everything.
