Withdrawal Method Disabled

Hello,
I wanted to withdraw my available funds after waiting for 90 days finally, the link to withdraw was sent but as I accessed the link I discovered that the withdrawal option was disabled. I would be glad if the withdrawal option could be restored. I complained to contact support and nothing is done and they are claiming the issue has been solved.

Contact them again but using the same ticket. No need to create a new ticket for it.
