Id verification error

Hi everyone during id verification there is a message that requires me to make sure that the camera request option must be allowed for the fiverr app so I went to my app settings and made all permissions allowed but still I get an error message that I need to allow camera access to Fiverr. 

My question is can I use my email to upload my id document instead? What is the email for Fiverr that can do my id verification!

Getting Same issue. This is a Fiverr Bug and they are not resolving this kind of issue and ignoring it.
