I'm not able to Pay with my Payoneer debit card

I contacted Fiverr Customer Support as well but they were of no help and the response was too late. I want to make a purchase but Fiverr is not processing my transaction. Did any one else have the same experience? How did you manage to fix it.

Can you use your Visa/Credit Card (commonly known as ATM) instead?
