If you haven't already done so, I suggest you contact Fiverr Support to try and find out the reasons for this suspension.
Otherwise, except for waiting the 90 days during which they do their verification, there's not much more to do.

I suggest you take a look at this documentation: Suspended accounts. There are links to Community Standards and Fiverr's Terms of Service.
