Having a casual conversation with your buyer after completing an order is okay. But keep it friendly and professional.

Holding conversations of this nature is a good way of building a relationship, meaning they are more likely to return for further orders. But be aware, this isn't a freindship and I would only have a conversation if it is intiated by the buyer. I would also be sure to never contact them outside of Fiverr as this would be a big issue.

If both you and the buyer really want it, I guess so.

Casual conversations are normally for friends and family, though, not for random strangers on the internet one happened to have a bit of business with.
