Buyer not seeing my messages and my submitted work

Hello, what could be the reason behind the buyer not seeing either my messages or the work I uploaded? She messages me, yet her online status indicates she was online 4 hours ago, but seemingly, she doesn't see my messages even when I text back immediately.

Relax, it happens with lots of other freelancers too. Not a big deal.

It's because they are super busy with their work and dealing with various freelancers so be Relax and work on other projects instead of waiting for messages 🙂

However, the case is different. This is a situation where I submitted the work 4 days back, but the client is still asking why I have not sent the work. Besides, the buyer is asking why I am not responding to her messages, yet I have responded to her with several messages. What could be the hitch?
