What I see here is the following: Only 4 reviews in 12 months.

Your performance is bad, that is the reality. Fiverr puts sellers with good sales and good performance in the search results. Why should Fiverr put your gigs in the search results when you are not getting orders?

Leveling has nothing to do much about orders. It's all about ranking.

It's all about gig performance and ranking. Maybe you've had a bad review, poor buyer satisfaction rating, cancellation, late delivery or poor conversion rate, after attaining level 2.

There isn't 1 straight forward way of doing this. But Fiverr does recommend promoting your gigs outside of Fiverr, taking Fiverr courses and optimising your gigs as best as possible.

For outside of Fiverr, you can join other forums related to your field and reply to people there and putting a link to your gig somewhere visible. You can also try Facebook groups, Quora etc.
