Can i open a new account and verify with my NID after permanently deleting my old account that was also verified with my NID?

My Fiverr account is verified with my NID but i want to Permanently delete this account so If future can i open a new account with a new email and verify my account with my NID that was used to verify this account? 

I'll permanently delete this account and never login again as I"ll create a new fiverr account with a new email.

I am not sure. But it is not possible. Because you have verified the previous account with one NID card and cannot verify the second account with the same NID card.

No. You cannot do that because it will be a violation of TOS. Proceed with the current account. But question is: Why do you want to deactivate this account?
