Response rate ranking

Hello everyone.

Please can anyone help me with my response time rate? It is 8 hours now, and this happens because it has not happened to me before. Please 🙏 anyone

Hi, @bst_digital - Are you having a problem just with your Response Time? If so, having it at 8 hours won't affect your seller stats. It might affect a buyer who's deciding whether to reach out to you in your inbox, but I wouldn't worry about that. I choose not to do business with a buyer who can't wait 8 hours for a response. Sellers should take care of their health and get proper rest and sleep.

If you are also having problems with your Response Rate, that would be a concern. This metric is a part of your dashboard and does affect your seller stats. If your response rate is less than 100%, it means that you aren't responding to some of your buyer messages. If that rate is less than 90%, it could affect your ability to move up a seller level (and once you are a leveled seller, it could cause a demotion).

When a clients sends you a message, all you have to do is reply to that message immediately and Keep notifications on in your mobile by making quick communication with clients.

That's the issue, I'm out for long, and I did not know I had received a message and that is what led to this. (And it has not happened to me before so, I did not have the experience of how it happens)

Your response time is 100%. Being offline is completely normal, you need to sleep or do something else besides Fiverr. There are other problems with your account - all of your gigs are suspended except one which is in draft status. You had 3 orders in 3 years. You might want to consider modifying your account.
