I wouldn't say you're losing actual customers; spammers/scammers (e.g. telegram people) have no intention of ever actually having an order with you. Same for other sellers who are looking for work through you. Now, in theory, this could be an issue for one's conversion rate but...supposedly, it's not. Just mark them as spam (be polite when replying to them) and go about your day!
