I was wondering why can a buyer change their review anytime and the seller don't?

It has happened 2 times now. Order approved + 5 star rating, then buyer wants a free revision through the chat box. Doesn't want to pay per revision. At the end the buyer changes the review to 1.7.
Can I change my review too?

I am pretty sure buyers can't change their review. If that happened, they most likely went via customer support and complained, and they allowed them to change their review. Reviews are final. Ideally, you want to keep buyers happy, and if they try to abuse the system, go to customer support.

I have reached CS, they say reviews can't be changed. 
Best I can do is to block the buyer for being non-ethical.

I don't know but if a client gave me 5-star and asks for a small adjustment related to the work, I'll do it off-cost. Some clients give 5-star without effectively going through. They can see some minor changes along the line. 

I've had a situation where I did the minor adjustment. He asked for more but out of the scope. I politely informed him and we got a second order. Sometimes these minor off-cost lead to big repeat business.

Well, mine happened long before when Seller could see Buyer's Review first. (around 3-4 years ago)

I'm a seller, and once able to change my Seller Review.

I asked CS help to change my review from "Bad Mad Seller Response Review - to More Professional Response"

Fiverr CS is willing to help change it.

It might be that your buyer did this privately when Fiverr asked.

The buyer can't change the review directly. The buyer needs to connect Fiverr resolution center.

this is still happening, the client showed up after 20 days and asked for a revision, I agreed but he didn't wait by a day and left a low review, meanwhile, I sent him changes but now the problem is I can't review back. there is no option. how do I explain to others that there was nothing, in another order client posted the review after approximately 25 or 27 days though he left a positive review but I can't review them back. because the time was over? or I don't know.

Hi! Yes, unfortunately as a seller you only have up to 14 days to add/edit a review for the buyer. If for any reason you need to adjust the review, consider reaching out to customer support for some assistance.
