When I asked about it (when it first came out) I was told it was for buyers.

I'm curious, too -- even the section titled "Seller Plus Subscriptions" on the Seller Plus Overview has no information about (or even a link to) pricing. There's nothing in the Seller Plus FAQ.  But I do see that Seller Plus is "invite-only"...though you can request to join the Waiting List.  Still, I see no info about how to place that request.

It was $39 in February this year as far as I know, so it's probably still about that much.

Though people who got seller plus when it first started (and which became the premium package one) could continue on their lower priced monthly fee.
