Hi,

I want to know if the phone number and code verification step are needed for withdrawing.

What is needed to withdraw?

Or it could mean that we all verified our phone number at the start before getting orders.

Verifying my phone number was the first thing that I did when I set myself up as a seller. I also set up my withdrawal method. So when I delivered my orders, after the 14 days cleared, I used PayPal to make the withdrawal.

My question was about "withdrawing."

Every time to withdraw, is one-time code verification needed?

Can I still make a withdrawal if my phone is unavailable?

I've never used a phone number or verification code to withdraw (only upon initial set up). I only use PayPal or Payoneer to withdraw and it's just a matter of pressing a button  to "withdraw."

So I never had to deal with this:

In this link, I read:

"if you earn any money, they’ll send a code to your mobile phone, and if your country doesn’t match, you won’t be able to verify for withdrawals."

Can you please tell me what that means?
