How to off fiverr talkback

I don't know how this option was enabled. For a few days now every time I click on Fiverr it talks. How to off it?

You can turn off the screen reader by "Ctrl+." shortcut or using the "Accessibility Menu" button in the footer.

I think it has to do with your browser and not Fiverr.

So... You work on websites, but don't know how to adjust your browser settings (or how to check if it's a browser issue, as @donnovan86 suggests)?
