Hi
I am a level 2 seller. my on-time delivery percentage dropped to 88%. now I have only 23 days for the next evaluation. how to set percentages. please guide me.

It follows the past 60 days, so the only way to improve that is that you deliver the next projects you have on time. 23 days is far and there is time to improve that especially if you get a lot of orders within the time frame.

Thank you. is it okay if I get 20 orders? as I have only 3 late orders

I am unable to compute the specifics. Just remember you have to also to consider when those late orders happened. Remember, the rating may change everyday because it follows the past 60 days (from the current day).

I think we can figure this out 📊 mathematically.

First, the only orders that should count at the next evaluation period are the orders that go back to May 15, 2023.

Can you tell me how many orders you've had specifically since May 15, and how many of those were on-time?
