Canceling The Order Can Fix the Positive Rating?

The Buyer has Give the Low Rating on a order and Now Want to Cancel the Order and After order is Cancelled is my Positive Rating will Be Increase or Not?

No it will not. Rating stays no matter what even if the order is cancelled review will stay on your profile.

It will not. And attempting to remove negative feedback through cancellation is a violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service.
