1) My personal balance in fiverr is ₹19,928.20, as of I'm writing this topic. how to withdrawal exactly or approximately this amount.

2) If I'm trying to withdrawal, it shows in dollars as $229.60

3) As per PayPal / Payoneer conversion rate 1$ = ₹80.33 approximately.

4) So if I withdraw through PayPal / Payoneer, i'll receive $229.60 x ₹80.33 = ₹18443.96

5) It means I'm losing ₹19,928.20 - ₹18443.96 = ₹1484.24

6) It means ₹1484.24/₹80.33 = $18.48

7) What happens to ₹1484.24 or $18.48

8) Can anyone please explain this and how to withdrawal exactly or approximate amount ₹19,928.20 as showed in the personal balance.

It means conversion fees. You have to pay those if you want to withdraw your money in a currency other than USD.
