I would personally just try to change and maybe improve some things on your existing gigs. Deleting them and making new ones sounds like a "plan" to trick Fiverr.

I don't think it's a policy violation.  But any SEO expert worth their weight would know that this is keyword stuffing and unlikely to work.

According to my Concept cutoff in September 2021, there was no feature or service on Fiverr called "Fiverr Box." It is possible that "Fiverr Box" refers to a specific gig or package offered by a seller on Fiverr.
