This type of evaluation should not exist, it is assumed that if the client accepts your order it is because they agree with the cost.

Now, even though the work was exceptional and the client was super happy and even said he was going to recommend my service, he rated me a 4 and the rest was all excellent.

We know that there are many people who find everything expensive, my service was super cheap and I also went beyond the service and to provide an exceptional service I made some simple adjustments at no cost and I was still rated a 4....
