Scammers and Spammers Flooding Messages

Has anyone else seen their inbox messages flooded with scammers asking for your email to send you payment? I joined Fiverr a few days ago, and it's been nonstop. The very first one I didn't realize so I shared my email. I received a convincing transaction email that looked like it was from Fiverr, but it was from an iCloud account and after an inspection the button, had I clicked on it, would have led me to an 'unsafe' site.
