I complete level one all requirements but it's not added to my account

Actually I know to about the level requirements and when they add the level, or need to contact support for that.

You didn’t even check the levels page, right? You checked the info you needed and you ignored the date when they say they will add it? 
did you try to search on the forum your question? 
 

anyway, it’s on the 15th of every mo th and happens automatically
