Review stars isn't increasing

Hello, i got 4.3 ratings before but another customer giving me 5 full stars rating this day. but it stays at 4.3 for overall rating this month. what is happening? 4.7 is waay too punishing for new seller like me to achieving level 1 because lack of customer that barely giving a review.

Hi @arakasaproject - your rating is now at 4.8. It'll go up as you get more orders and keep your customers happy. You only have 7 reviews now, so it can take a while to bring you score back up to a 5.0.

hmmm, yeah, the thing is are you sure about that? for me it still 4.3 in my point of view in seller dashboard (last cheked 1 minute ago)? desynchronized perhaps? or bug in fiverr service?

This is what I see: (it was 4.8 30 minutes ago...and now it is 4.9)
