Hello, I received a message from a Business seller ( offer big projects on a long term) asking me to fill a form and as I saw thier ratings as buyers they have two excellent ratings and reviews that are one month and 4 days old 

Should I accept  ?

That depends on what the form is and what it is for haha, I don't think you have given much context here.

If you mean a form where they ask you for personal details like an email address or something, no, do not give that information or fiverr will probably ban your account

Yes as i was filling the form there was a personal phone number bar that i had to fill so i stopped 

but why and how is it that the account has a business seller badge ? 

Edit: the client said the fund and the task would be done on Fiverr 

again is it okay ?

Fiverr recommends to keep all the transactions on its platform.

I think the buyer is right but, (GOD FORBID) in case of any disagreement, CS will only look into your conversation on Fiverr Messenger. I don't think they will appreciate any communication outside. Hopefully, I have well presented my point.

I wouldn't risk it. Reply to the buyer and explain you can't fill the form as you cannot give external contact details
