Require help regarding payoneer

Hello i have forgot the password of my outlook email with which payoneer account was created. I have tried all possible ways but they are not allowing me to sign in. Now i understand why bill gates left microsoft. 

I have access to my mobile number but whenever i edit email in my payoneer account, it just sends code to my email not mobile. Is it possible that payoneer sends that code to my mobile not email so i can change it.

Have you tried filling out Microsoft's Account Recovery Form? You can do that by following the instructions here:
