Whenever I get "Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now" Error, My Organic ranking always gone back.. any solution?

That's because you loose access to promoted gigs if your performance drops (i.e. stats dropping or negative private feedback). If your buyer satisfaction rate or stats go down, it doesn't just affect your eligibility for Promoted Gigs, but also your organic visibility on Fiverr.
