I got my account restricted.




I got my account restricted. Fiverr Emailed to me.

" Hi dev_with_jaz,

To protect our buyers and sellers, and to promote a safe marketplace, please do not ask to communicate outside of the Fiverr platform or exchange personal contact information. Please refrain from communicating through different communication channels. Business communications, services, and all interactions should stay on the Fiverr platform at all times for your own safety. For more information, please review our Terms of Service. "


But I haven't gave any contact or personal information and anything and also didn't contact any client outside from Fiverr.

I did my all order through fiverr and also communication. and My some orders is also running currently.

I never know about the problem and why they restricted me without anything.


There is any way to restore my account - because I never contacted outside from fiverr.

Hello dev_with_jaz.

I have looked into this issue and saw that the relevant team reviewed your messages and issued the warning because you agreed to talk to the Buyer on WhatsApp. As you already know by now, communicating outside of Fiverr is not allowed.

Any violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service or Community Standards will be sanctioned. The Customer Support explained everything in detail in your correspondence. You can find more information here  https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010880417-Warnings?segment=business
