Can I ask to client his/her YouTube channel name?

I am a graphic designer, I am selling YouTube banner and thumbnail designing services, If buyers order for banner or thumbnail design then Can I ask their YouTube channel name?

You should be fine asking that. Of course, they can refuse to give it to you, but since it would be only natural for you to check out their content in order to better understand their channel, viewers and demographics, it makes total sense asking them to provide their channel name inside the order.
