Why I am not getting impressions, clicks, and orders?

Hi there,

I am a graphic designer and selling services on Fiverr for 2 months. I am not getting impressions, clicks, and orders. I send buyer requests but I am not getting 10 buyer requests daily. I send maximum 4 buyer requests in a day. Sometimes, I get a reply from a buyer request but not get order. Please check my gig and give me suggestions.

Your gigs are in categories with over 10K sellers, meaning you need to find a way to stand out from your competition! In addition, you've only been on Fiverr for 2 months, so it might take some time for you to establish yourself!

I would recommend doing some research in the Forum, especially in the Tips for Sellers category, because you can find some important info and key tips on how to become a successful seller. For starters, here's an amazing post that basically covers everything: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/

This is a false and inaccurate statement. Your shared graph shows that you HAVE, indeed, been getting impressions, even if those impressions are not as high as YOU want them to be. Please do not try to misrepresent the truth.

You will only see the buyer requests that you qualify to see. No more, no less. This is how Fiverr works.

You should not be expecting the buyer request section to be your primary source of leads/orders.

This, right here. Great advice!

I'm sorry about that but I just wanted to say that I get less impressions and clicks.

Buyers can be active anytime of the day. Considering this is a global marketplace, there are buyers active at any time. I mean people can even buy either morning, night, dawn in their time. It also does not make a difference knowing when they're active. Do you plan to be "Active" during those times?

Here is a post you can read. Learn from it and take action.

Tthere is no specific time when you should be online. Buyers from all around the world in different time zones will be browsing on Fiverr, so there’s no specific time to be online. And in addition, being online 24/7 will NOT help you get more orders!

For a killer description, please check out the following points;

-- Research about the gig/offerings you are going to provide

-- Check out the most recent words used to search for that skill/gig

-- Provide catchy words in the title

-- Write bullets points in the description rather to go for a paragraph

-- Be concise and concrete about the work you are offering

-- Offer some extras to get an edge over other sellers

Note; Please note down that these aren't only cheat codes you can use, there are many others as well. However, these are pretty effective and basic in gig description writing.

Hi,

How are you?

Hopefully you will be fine. I am a new seller my question is from experts that how to write effective description that attract buyers?

Please check my gig and express your oopinion.

Thanks!

First of all, I'd look at your thumbnails. Not spelling the name of substantial social networks correctly when you're selling services directed at social media clients isn't very impressive.

Check for grammatical errors in your gig descriptions, and work to improve your English further.

Beyond that, the advice given by @iamattique above is sound. Follow those steps and make sure to avoid typos. If I see typos/language issues in the thumbnail or gig description, I'll immediately find another buyer simply because I don't want to risk communication issues. Also, if a seller doesn't care enough about their own business to correct spelling errors in their own marketing, how can I trust them to care about my business?

No trust – no orders.

Best of luck! 🙂
