gig ranking Gig rank service is genuine or fraud?

First of thank you for your opinions in advance.

I have seen many of the post in social media that lot’s of guys post that “ I will rank your gig “ so i would like to know that kind of service is genuine or fraud?  is it really works? should we trust on that kind of service? 

also If it’s genuine then i would like to know that how they rank what kind of strategy they followed and gig will rank.

Those claims are fraud claims. No seller has the power to control Fiverr's algorithms. in addition, there is no such thing as rank on Fiverr. That's not how Fiverr works.
