What's the best method that you did to do the marketing for your Fiverr services other than social media?

Social media is not a method for marketing. 
If you are just sharing your gigs in groups and comments that’s not marketing. 
Marketing is a strategy for your brand.

I meant Other than social media marketing campaigns (Paid).

The reason for the marketing is to increase sales and increase target.

If you are just paying for ads then that’s also not marketing, you are simply posting paid ads. 
 

It looks like you need to Google a bit more about marketing because marketing is all about creating strategy and how to promote your value to your target audience. It’s not a one step process like posting an ad. It’s a long process that takes months and building your brand through your personal social medias and attracting and building  your target audience by creating content that will be interesting for them
