I have been selling on Fiverr for a few years and I've completed lots of orders, always receiving 5 star reviews. My impressions and enquiry messages were high until Fiverr changed the ranking system this year. I always had clients telling me I was the best seller they found and were excited to work with me, etc.
Over the years I encountered a few unreasonable/rude buyers who were difficult to deal with (which is inevitable when you work with a lot of people) and some of them probably left secret negative reviews. But this should be nothing compared to the amount of happy and returning customers I've successfully worked for over this time. It's like Fiverr had overlooked all the success and positivity and punished me for the rare negative experiences.
My performance has been marked as low so my visibility is almost nothing. I've been trying to get past this for months but how can I prove myself if Fiverr won't give me the opportunity to?
I'm lost at what to do and it's at the point where I might have to give up on Fiverr, which is really sad considering all the great work I've done on here.
Has anyone had a similar experience or know how to finally get past the "low performance" ban?
