What to do with slow sellers?

Hey all,

I have a bad rating because the seller did not react in time to my questions about feedback. Have asked multiple time to extend the delivery date so that she has more time to send me the footage to work with. But to no avail. What would you do in this kind of situation ?

Firstly, are you a Buyer or a Seller. I can't quite tell.

Second, I glanced at your profile, and I see no bad rating as either Buyer or Seller, so I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Third, whether Buyer or Seller, if the other party is unresponsive, then you can request to cancel the order.
