There is no set rank on Fiverr. That's not how the Fiverr search system works.

Your gig is likely losing impressions because your seller/gig performance has fallen.

They want to happy to all users...so can't stay with single profile always on top page or always ranking it's all automatically process..

If you are not manage order or doesn't share gig in social media then your gig losing rank. If you want to increase your gig rank then do gig marketing and sent 10 buyer request daily.
