promoted gig unqualified

my promoted gig was unqualified in September 2020 and after that all my gigs moved to the last page 

I see many peoples have faced this problem but they get it back in 1,2 or in 4 months

its been 6 months now but mine is still unqualified 

1. I am available on Fiverr daily 

2. I have completed 40+ orders with 5 start ratings in last 6 months

3. Promoted to level 2 seller 

 

still I am not getting it back 

if anyone have faced this before and have some tips for me then I will be really thankful

Best thing to do at the moment is to contact support and ask them about it

This is very sad news. I also get Fiverr gig Promote option few days ago but I did not active this till now just for that reason. No one know when gig rank is back. But try to get some orders from old client. May it will help.

If the issue is ranking, you'll find lots of discussion on this forum about it. Just use magnifying glass button

i have contacted customer support many times. they are asking me to have patience 

i see other sellers (my competitors) are also deranked from first to last page but they get their position back in a week or a month but i am still at the same position

somehow i am receiving orders from previous client but not getting orders from new clients

1 year of my service de-ranking will be complete next month. still no hope to get it back

hi brother, I am also facing the same issue for almost 1 month now, fiverr CS also not helping, can you tell me did your issue is solved now? how long will take this, what did you do?
