Resume Portfolio Sharing

Hi,

Do any resume writers out there have advice for when a potential client asks to see CV/cover letter examples? I generally don't put them in my portfolio, even with personal data removed, as I don't want them copied - it would only take a few tweaks to personalise them, and I don't want them being used as templates.

If you DO decide to share something like that which COULD be used as a template, make sure it's not completely full (like leave in empty blanks here and there) and give it to the client in PDF form, so it's slightly harder to edit.
